Terms & Refund Policy
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
- Most orders will be processed and shipped 2-3 business days after they are placed. Custom orders can take 5-10 business days to be processed.
- Shipping timelines on the checkout page do not include our processing time.
- PTFC Authentics does not ship on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping quotes from USPS, FedEx, & UPS are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- PTFC Authentics cannot be responsible for USPS, FedEx, or UPS shipping delays. Or for delays due to an incomplete address provided by the customer.
- We ship internationally via USPS, FedEx, & UPS.
- International orders require 5-7 business days to process.
- The customer is responsible for payment of any additional customs fees, duties or taxes for shipments made outside of the United States.
- We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear Customs.
- If your package is deemed not deliverable, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs or taxes. If your package is refused or abandoned, you will not be eligible for a refund. We cannot refund customs duties or fees, and we do not refund original shipping charges.
- Unwashed & unworn items can be returned for a refund either via mail or in our Team Stores at Providence Park.
- You will be credited for a return with receipt that we receive within 30 days of purchase. Your credit will be in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange (in store only).
- We cannot process exchanges via mail. We recommend returning the original order and purchasing a new one via our website.
- Custom items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items marked FINAL SALE will not be accepted for a refund.
